PT Angkasa Pura Solusi - APS or known as PT APSolusi is a well-established company in Indonesia, running business in providing services in airport facilities. Based in Jakarta, PT APSolusi operates primarily as a services provider in airport facilities and has strong business focus in 5 business pillars ; Retail, Passenger Service, Facility Services, Digital and Aviation Security. PT APSolusi is a directly-owned subsidiary company of stat-owned airport operator PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). Customer Service Officer (CSO) Requirements
- Male / Female (single/not married) with the maximum age of 25 years old.
- Proportional with the minimum height of 165 cm for Male and 160 cm for Female (according to Body Mass Index).
- Minimum D3 degree in all majors (preferably in the Language or Tourism course) with minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS) of a 4.00 scale.
- Single/not married (as evidenced by an unmarried certificate from the Village office).
- Physically and mentally healthy (as evidenced by a drug-free certificate from the Hospital).
- Not wearing glasses (minus) and not color blind (as evidenced by a certificate from the hospital).
- Good looking and friendly.
- Fluent in at least 2 languages (Indonesian and English), both oral and written and does not have a thick regional accent.
- Able to operate computers at least Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Have good communication skill, both oral and written.
- Have good analytical skill.
- Have good service spirit (helpful) and good self-control.
- Preferably domicile of Bandung and its surroundings area.
- Willing to work shifts.
- Willing to be placed throughout the PT Angkasa Pura Solusi area.
Officer In Charge (OIC) Requirements
- Male / Female (single/not married) with the maximum age of 25 years old.
- Proportional with the minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female (according to Body Mass Index).
- Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent with minimum average national exam score of 7.5.
- Single/not married (as evidenced by an unmarried certificate from the Village office).
- Physically and mentally healthy (as evidenced by a drug-free certificate from the Hospital).
- Not wearing glasses (minus) and not color blind (as evidenced by a certificate from the hospital).
- Good looking and friendly.
- Fluent in at least 2 languages (Indonesian and English), both oral and written and does not have a thick regional accent.

- Single/not married (as evidenced by an unmarried certificate from the Village office).
