Lowongan Kerja di Sabang - New boutique resort on Pulau Weh is looking for a great Hotel Administrator to join their team! Our resort will be opening with three upscale bungalows and features a restaurant, house reef, private beach, boat, paddle boards, and access to a small island with excellent snorkeling.
Hotel Administrator
A suitable candidate is:
- Very good/ fluent in English, Indonesian
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Cloud technologies
- Patient, encouraging, humble and friendly, organized, detail oriented and keen on learning
The candidate will possess a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and be responsible for:
- Managing bookings from multiple platforms (Bookin.com, Agoda, AirBnB)
- Coordinating transfers to and from hotel
- Coordinating scooter rental, activities
- Managing logistics and facilities
- Responding to booking related inquiries ASAP
- Assisting with guest services in the restaurant
Experience in the hotel or restaurant service industries is an asset, but not a requirement, however enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are.
Hours of work are 6 days a week, 8:30AM-8:30PM with at least two 2-hour breaks during the day.
Accommodation allowance will be given.
