- Maximum age of 30 years old (not yet 31st birthday at initial selection).
- Minimum D3 degree from all accredited departments / faculties (PTN / PTS) with minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).
- Have experience in banking / marketing, preferably in the field of managing funds (Funding) of at least 1 year.
- Good looking.
- Have high integrity and initiative.
- Have a wide relationship / networking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have SIM A / C.
- Willing to be placed in the entire working area of Bank BRI Kanwil Pekanbaru (Riau Province and Riau Islands Province).
