In term of financial performance, Nindya Karya booked positive growth in 2016. According to information found in PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Nindya Karya booked total income of Rp180.05 billion in 2016 or up 162.38% from Rp68.62 billion in 2015. The total revenue of Nindya Karya in 2016 was Rp4.66 trillion or 101.24% from the sasaran RKAP 2016 of Rp4.60 trillion. Compared to the achievement in 2015, it was an increase of 29.08% from Rp3.61 trillion.

- Project Manager Proyek Jalan (Code : PM - J)
- Project Manager Proyek Gedung (Code : PM -G)
- Project Manager Proyek Dermaga (Code : PM - D)
- Project Manager Proyek Bendungan Code : PM - BD)
- Male, maximum age of 40 years old.
- Minimum graduate with Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Structure).
- Required experience as Project Manager in Highway/Building/Port/Dam projects for minimum 10 years of at least 5 projects.
- Possess certification in SKA Madya/Utama Highway and Bridge/Building/Port/Dam.
- The candidates with prior experience in state-owned construction company is preferred.
- Willing to be relocated in all over Indonesia.
