In term of financial performance, RESKA succeeded in posting excellent financial performance in 2016. According to information found in PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Annual Report 2016 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, PT Reska Multi Usaha managed to record total revenue in 2016 amounted to Rp387.68 billion. This number is increase 16.7% year-on-year (YOY) as compared with Rp332.30 billion in 2015. Total gross profit increased by 13.6% from Rp87.44 billion in 2015 to Rp99.32 billion in 2016.

- Male or Female.
- Age around 21-30 years old.
- Education background
- D3 degree in Management.
- S1 degree in Psychology or Management.
- Proactive.
- Able to work in a team.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to be a pembinaan facilitator.
- Able to carry out the assessment / psychological test process
- Application letter and CV;
- Latest photograph 4x6;
- Copies of ID Card and family card;
- Copies of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan;
- Copy of SKCK;
- Copy of working reference (if any);
- Notice letter of health condition from PUSKESMAS or Hospital;
- Legalized copies of diploma and transcript;
- Copy of Bank Account's book (preferably BNI);
- Copy of NPWP.
